BAIC Group is one of the first partners to join CATL's Choco-Swap battery-swapping network. The Arcfox S3 Choco-Swap Edition, which made its debut at the Auto China 2026, is the first BAIC model equipped with CATL's Choco-Swap technology. It enables ultra-fast energy replenishment in just 99 seconds. Under a battery-vehicle separation model, users can purchase the vehicle while leasing the battery, reducing upfront purchase costs and enjoying lifetime battery warranty and lifetime upgrade services.

As of April 2026, CATL's Choco-Swap network has cumulatively built more than 1470 battery-swapping stations nationwide, covering 99 cities. By the end of 2026, the total number of battery-swap stations is expected to exceed 3000, expanding service coverage to nearly 190 cities across China. Looking ahead, CATL will continue to work with BAIC Group and more partners to launch additional swap-enabled vehicle models, building a "chargeable and swappable" product ecosystem that covers a wider range of usage applications.
