This collaboration marks the substantive implementation of the strategic partnership established last September between the Yancheng Municipal People's Government and CATL. CATL's leading new energy technologies are highly aligned with Yancheng's green and low-carbon development strategy.

The two parties will jointly build CATL's first grid-connected green electricity direct supply system project in China featuring a high proportion of renewable power utilization, as well as an export product demonstration base that meets the dual high standards of a "zero-carbon factory"and a "Lighthouse factory". Centered on these initiatives, the two parties will work together to develop a national-level zero-carbon industrial park, drive coordinated development across upstream and downstream industrial chains, and establish a full-lifecycle zero-carbon industrial ecosystem that is "safe, clean, efficient, and intelligent".

Looking ahead, both sides will continue to deepen the integrated development of "source-grid-load-storage", creating a replicable city-level model for zero-carbon development and contributing Yancheng's practical experience to the achievement of the "dual carbon"goals.
