Recently, Hello Robotaxi, a commercial robotaxi project jointly launched by CATL, the People's Government of Liyang High-tech Zone and Hello, officially kicked off demonstration operation in Liyang, east China's Jiangsu Province. The three parties aim to jointly explore a new paradigm of future urban mobility and foster the industrial ecosystem of intelligent connected vehicles through technological empowerment.

The first robotaxi project successfully implemented with Hello marks CATL's official entry into the robotaxi sector, signaling a milestone for CATL in the field of smart mobility. As an energy solution provider, CATL provides high-performance power batteries for Hello Robotaxi, effectively addressing core issues such as driving range and hardware safety. The launch of this Hello Robotaxi commercial demonstration project not only reflects the deep cooperation between the two parties in the field of smart mobility, but also provides a high-quality, replicable and referable model for the future nationwide rollout of robotaxis.
In addition, CATL, Hello and Ant Group have established a joint venture, Zaofu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., which specializes in the research, development and commercial application of L4 autonomous driving technology, providing solid technical support for the steady progress of the Hello Robotaxi project.
Moving forwards, CATL, the People's Government of Liyang High-Tech Zone and Hello will further deepen their cooperation, by integrating the high-quality tourism resources in Liyang and creating routes of "autonomous driving + cultural tourism" around popular scenic spots such as Tianmu Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Sea, to explore new applications of autonomous driving technology.
