Since its launch in 2024, the "Zero‑Carbon Campus Tour" initiative has extended its reach across 31 provincial-level regions in China, benefiting over 100,000 students. It has become the "primary gateway" for primary and middle school students and teachers nationwide to explore zero-carbon new energy technologies. By transforming real-world industrial scenarios into the educational curriculum and upholding a philosophy of learning through practice, CATL breaks down traditional subject barriers. This approach fosters interdisciplinary knowledge integration and enhances the comprehensive literacy of young generation, setting a benchmark for leading enterprises in empowering scientific education.

During the achievement-sharing session, Wu Cui, an official from Education Bureau of Longquanyi District, Chengdu; Zhou Hongmei, Principal of Dongqiao Experimental Primary School; Miao Liwei from Zhongguancun No. 2 Primary School; and science communicator Xia Zhendong shared their insights from four different perspectives – regional implementation, school-based management, classroom instruction, and teacher training—showcasing a replicable and scalable zero-carbon education framework.

CATL's "Zero‑Carbon Campus Tour" is more than just a fulfillment its corporate social responsibility; it serves as a foundational pillar of the company's zero-carbon strategy. From this new starting point, CATL is committed to becoming a trusted partner for schools and teachers, ensuring that zero-carbon science popularization reaches and empowers even more young people.
