Six enterprises from Chinese mainland were included in this prestigious list, with CATL standing out as the sole representative from the global battery industry. CATL has emerged as a standout among the newly recognized top 100 innovators, thanks to its exceptional performance. The company has led the industry in patent applications for five consecutive years, filing over 35,000 patents during this period. With an accumulated patent authorization success rate exceeding 95%, more than 30,000 patents cited, and an R&D investment of approximately 70 billion yuan, CATL has solidified its position as a rising force in global innovation.
